Although it may be a little early for festive decorations at home, Christmas lights have already started brightening up the dark nights across London.

This weekend Battersea will start lighting up, here's where to catch the Christmas lights.

Northcote Road

This Friday November 26 locals can enjoy the Christmas light switch on at 17:00, followed by some live music at Northcote Records.

Stroll down towards Clapham Junction at 18:00 for their Christmas lights switch on.

Battersea High Street

The local high street will dazzle as the lights are switched on Thursday December 2 at 17:00 but festive celebrations will be going on 16:00-19:00.

Head to Battersea Bridge Road at 18:00 to catch their Christmas light switch on.

Why not book The Prince Albert pub for a bite to eat after the festivities? We recommend their beer battered cod.

Battersea Square

Make your way to Battersea Square Tuesday December 7 for their Christmas light switch on at 18:30.

If you're feeling peckish afterwards why not check out the brand new Burger Brasserie in Battersea Square?

There's plenty of chances to enjoy festivities on your doorstep over the next two weeks.
