Until Saturday, April 27: The Trauma Show

Demi is obsessed with trauma, childhood trauma, naming it, analysing it,healing from it, and getting-on-stage-to-perform-it. That last one might be a trauma response but you can decide that.

Having entered her thirties, Demi expected to be more whole, more healed, to not still feel like a child. Because trauma lives in the body and the body keeps the score, and we all know what that means. Disclaimer: Demi doesn't know what that means.

The Trauma Show explores the impacts of adverse childhoods, making a show and dance out of it, mourning our little selves, 'therapise' culture and how TikTok can heal us all.

Friday, April 28: Walks and Talks with Hilaire

Get your comfy shoes on and join local poet and historian Hilaire on free guided walks and talks around Battersea and Nine Elms.

Returning for Spring and Summer 2023, these hour-long walks on Friday mornings offer a chance to learn more about the area and meet other people, all at a leisurely pace.

All walks run from 11am to 12noon, and routes have been identified in advance.

Saturday, April 29: Nike Yoga Club

Ready to challenge yourself? Join Nike's bi-weekly Saturday Yoga Club of soothing yoga sessions with Nike Trainer Sam Vora.

With a focus on mindfulness and breath-work, start your weekend off right. Leave all your worries at the door and join Nike for some mindful reflection through the power of yoga. Nike Trainer Sam will take you through the motions, don't worry if this is your first time all abilities are welcome.

Until Saturday, April 29: Faun

Ace is 22, trans, queer and sofa surfing – currently – just for now – only at the moment!

They've actually just sorted out sofa number 13.

To keep a sofa requires you to act small, smiling, and polite. But no one is perfect and eventually everyone messes up – which would be a lot easier for Ace if they weren't also unexpectedly growing fluffy ears, and a tiny tail!

It turns out people pleasing has a price and there's only one place left for Ace to go…

Sunday, April 30: 160ft Battersea Park Bungee Jump

Charity Bungee Jump to race money for St Raphael's Hospice, hosted by UK Bungle Club at its London Bungee Jumping venue next to the River Thames.

The Battersea Park bungee jump takes place on the south side of the river Thames, between Albert Bridge and Chelsea Bridge.
