Battersea residents are becoming increasingly concerned over the reduction in service of the 170 bus.

The bus route goes from Roehampton to Victoria and is an important connection to central London for many Battersea residents.

Sadiq Khan and TfL have reduced the bus service from every seven minutes to every ten minutes.

The service was reduced from January 29, 2022 and has made the route significantly slower and busier.

Greg Hands, Chelsea and Fulham's MP, has called for residents to sign a petition to reinstate the original time table for the 170 bus.

The bus offers a quick and easy route over Battersea Bridge and into neighbouring Chelsea.
