Battersea has welcomed a brand new gourmet delicatessen.

Northcote Road welcomes Colette Cuisine shortly after news of foodie favourite Island Poké announced their upcoming store.

Colette Cuisine has found success in both Chelsea and Wimbledon and hopes to charm some more south west London residents with their biggest Colette yet.

The delicatessen has already made its mark with some eye catching Christmas decorations.

Co-founded by Dimitri Plaquet and his wife Mira, who set their sights on a bank on the Fulham Road which they renovated into a gourmet traiteur and delicatessen.

Colette Cuisine's name is in honour of Dimitri's grandmother who brought a sense of joie de vivre and an eye for uncompromising quality to the family table.

A touch of decadence, a twist of classic cuisine and a pinch of 'je ne said quoi' are the qualities that underpinned first the flagship Colette, then the Wimbledon Village and now Northcote Road Colette.

Housing a large indoor and outdoor seating area, Colette brings a truly irresistible seasonal menu, hand-selected fine wines and artisanal sweet treats to 141 Northcote Road.

Situated at the South end of Northcote Road, Colette's neighbours include Pottery Café, Farrow & Ball and further along Kibou and Bolingbroke.

Open breakfast, lunch and dinner or to be eaten from the comfort of your home with their delivery service available within a 5-mile radius, Colette is sure to become a neighbourhood favourite.
