Friday: Jordan Brookes: Work in Progress

Enjoy some quality comedy this Friday night with Jordan Brookes at Battersea Arts Centre.

Before heading out on his new tour, Jordan is back with some half-ideas, some fuller ideas, and some stuff he's nearly written.

Be some of the first to experience his new material.

You can find out more about the event here.

Saturday: More Than Skin Deep

Another Battersea Arts Centre event but this time it's a work shop.

More Than Skin Deep has been organised by charity The Verbatim Formula for young people.

They are creating a short film to inspire more people to become foster carers.

They are holding 3 workshop sessions in which you get to learn professional filming skills and share your creative ideas.

You can find out more here.

Saturday: Tercet, Flamenco Show

Battersea Spanish brings you hand picked Flamenco or Flamenco inspired pieces as a part of their Flamenco Salon Series.

"Tercet" was formed in 2021 by flamenco dancer Magdalena Mannion, guitarist Jorge Bravo and percussionist Demi García.

Their work on the evening will aim to flawlessly tie their influences of Flamenco, Latin American rhythms and other styles of music together in their 50 minute show.

You can find out more here.
