Local charity, Junction Elite, are looking for a home

This fantastic local charity was set up in 2018 and now has over 400 members in its community.

They are now looking for a suitable home for an indoor and outdoor sports facilities, plus rooms to hold homework sessions as well as a safe space for the children to hang out.

Pedestrianisation of Northcote Road

The popular shopping and leisure destination will close to traffic on the weekends from April 16 to the last weekend of September.

The official date was announced by Wandsworth Council earlier this week.

Free meals and activities for children on free school meals in Battersea

Wandsworth Council's popular Easter Unlocked is back this April 4-14.

Man who murdered his cousin in Battersea is given life imprisonment

A man from Teddington who murdered his cousin in Battersea was given life imprisonment on Friday April 1.

Jerome Bailey stabbed his cousin, Tesfa Campbell, on Latchmere Road in 2019.
