Battersea bike clearance starting today

The expansion of the ULEZ on October 22, 2021 to include Battersea, has meant that cycling is a cheap alternative for many drivers.

Although, there has been a huge stint of bike thefts, some of which were returned to their owners following a police raid.

With its increase in popularity there is no better time to purchase a bike.

Battersea's Flag Bikes is having a huge clearance starting today, so residents can head down to the shop and collect a bike of their choice at a huge discount.

For something commuter friendly you can pick up a Raleigh stowaway folding bike with £70.00 off, now selling for just shy of £400.00.

If you're a cycling fanatic you can get a huge discount on a Campagnolo X Tifosi Mons record 12x limited edition bike, saving £2,000.00.

Data from TFL and Halfords released earlier this year showed that the number of people cycling increased by more than 200% in the capital on some weekends compared to last year.

And a survey commissioned by Halfords also reported bike owners cycling in the capital more often.

In the survey 62% of adults who owned a bike in London say they had cycled more over the past 12 months compared to previous years.

The survey was based on 2000 cyclists across the UK, of which 336 were in London.

There's no delivery so all bikes must be collected in store.

Take a look at the full range here.
