An in depth look at Battersea Park, one of South London's most loved public green spaces. We will explore its genesis in the Victorian age, the history of the Battersea Fields, the railways, the bridges, the development of the area, the park's modern and heritage features .

Walk starts at the Pear Tree Café on Carriage Drive, London SW11 4NJ. Closest access gate is Queen's Circus, south easter corner of the park.

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to start of walk, which will end at the Battersea Power Station.
